Our Chocolate making process begins early each morning as the solid chocolate is melted, tempered, and made ready for production right in our store in full view of our customers. We offer handmade chocolates including our Famous Dixies, nut clusters , pretzels, specialty barks, chocolate dipped fruits ,pretzels and molded novelties. Our Founder’s Own Fudge is cooked 100 pounds at a time in an antique copper kettle. We are also proud to sell Herrell’s Ice Cream during warmer months.
