The Three County Fairgrounds is located in Northampton, Massachusetts right off Interstate 91 where the scenic Holyoke Mountain Range provides the backdrop for the fifty acres of Fairgrounds.

HOW TO GET HERE

From the South (NYC/Hartford/Springfield):
Take I- 91 North in Massachusetts to Northampton, Exit 19. Take Exit 19 and turn left onto Route 9 West (Bridge Street). Continue on straight on Route 9 West (Bridge Street) to first set of lights and turn left onto Old Ferry Road or continue to your second left onto Fair Street.
From the North (Vermont):
Take I-91 South to Exit 20 (US Route 5 South/N. King Street). Continue straight off exit ramp onto US Route 5 South and continue into downtown Northampton to Route 9 (Bridge St). Turn left onto Route 9 East (Bridge Street) and continue to Fair Street. Turn right onto Fair Street.

From the East (Boston):
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 4. Take Exit 4 and follow I-91 North to Northampton, Exit 19. Take Exit 19 and turn left onto Route 9 West (Bridge Street). Continue on straight on Route 9 West (Bridge Street) to first set of lights and turn left onto Old Ferry Road or continue to your second left onto Fair Street.

From the West (Albany):
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike East (Interstate 90) to Exit 4. Take Exit 4 and follow I-91 North to Northampton, Exit 19. Take Exit 19 and turn left onto Route 9 West (Bridge Street). Continue on straight on Route 9 West (Bridge Street) to first set of lights and turn left onto Old Ferry Road or continue to your second left onto Fair Street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The Three County Fair is conveniently located along the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) bus route. Take the Day Avenue stop in Northampton on a direct route from Amherst, Hadley & South Hadley or a connection from Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke and surrounding communities.

If using a GPS use 54 Old Ferry Road as the street address; Route 9 is Bridge Street.

80th Annual New England Morgan Horse Show The second largest Morgan horse show in the country. The Morgan horse is one of the earliest horse breeds developed in the United States. All Morgans trace back to a single foundation sire, a stallion named Figure, who was born in West Springfield, Massachusetts in 1789. In 1792, he was given to a man named Justin Morgan as a debt payment. The horse later came to be identified by the name of this particular owner, and "the Justin Morgan horse" evolved…
