Springfield Museums
Springfield Museums is home to five world-class museums, including the Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum and the Dr. Seuss National Memorial Sculpture Garden, all under a single admission. There’s always a new exhibit to visit too! Come by in May and visit the ‘Hall of Heroes’ which brings visitors into the world of their favorite superheroes, crime-stoppers, gadgets and more through immersive experiences.

Basketball Hall of Fame
The Basketball Hall of Fame is the world’s one and only shrine to the sport which was discovered right here in Springfield. The Hall has recently completed a $20 million renovation and features state-of-the-art exhibits as well as memorabilia from the greatest who have ever played the game.

Eric Carle Museum
Eric Carle (1929–2021) was one of the best-known illustrators of our time. The creator of more than 70 picture books, he combined winsome stories and exuberant collages that appeal to young readers and adults alike. In 2002, Eric Carle and his late wife, Barbara Carle, founded The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art in Amherst, Mass.

CT Science Center
CT Science Center is nine floors of educational fun! With more than 165 hands-on exhibits, a state-of-the-art 3D digital theater, four educational labs, plus daily programs and events, the Connecticut Science Center offers endless exploration for children, teens, and adults. From physics to forensics, geology to astronomy, visitors have the sciences at their fingertips.

Yankee Candle Village
Yankee Candle Village is so much more than a typical candle store! This attraction has 90,000 square feet of retail space and hundreds of popular fragrances. Stop by Wax Works where you and the kids can make a wax mold of your hand, create your own custom jar candle and dip your own critter. Next stop – The Bavarian Christmas Village where it snows indoors all year round.

Six Flags New England
Six Flags New England is open for the season! From the tip of the New England SkyScreamer to the bottom of the Tea Cups, there’s excitement for every family member!   Plus enjoy fair foods and retail shops.
