The Ranch Golf Club, Champions Dinner

Get ready for an evening of celebration and delicious food! The Champions Dinner kicks off at 6:00 PM with live music and a meat and cheese board.
Dinner starts at 7:00 PM and features a garden salad, warm rolls, and your choice of three delicious entrées:
1. Grilled Salmon with Saffron Lemon Cream Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes & Green Beans
2. Grilled Filet of Beef with Horseradish Cream Sauce, Chive & Cheddar Twice Baked Potato & Buttered Carrots
3. Eggplant Vegetable Stack (Grilled Eggplant, Yellow Squash, Onion & Portobello Mushroom) served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
We’ll announce our champions at 7:30 PM, followed by a special dessert: a rich chocolate trilogy mousse cake.
