Join us from 4–8pm for an evening of art, making, and community at the Smith College Museum of Art. Galleries are open until 8pm.

Step into the spotlight with photographer Steph Craig, who will be capturing group portraits in a special photobooth inspired by the current exhibition Michel Kameni: Portraits of an Independent Africa. Photobooth slots are limited! On-site sign up required; First come, first served. Participants will receive a digital file of their photo after the event.
4–7:30pm, the Cunningham Study Center on the second floor
Pop-up Exhibition by Multi-ethnic Interracial Smith College (MISC) student organization
For one night only, stop by the Cunningham Center to view a selection of works curated by MISC, a campus org. that strives to create safe spaces for mixed race, multi-ethnic students and transracial adoptees (adoptees whose adoptive parents are a different race than them) to share and discuss their experiences. They host events for individuals who might straddle the line between multiple cultures or who don’t ascribe to a single culture’s collective shared experience.

Free Admission at SCMA
Smith College Museum of Art (SCMA) is free to all! SCMA ends paid admission to all activities including exhibitions, public programming and art-making to provide access and inclusion in the arts.
Thousands of visitors annually enjoy programming, exhibitions and installations curated from 28,000 objects and artworks in the SCMA collection. Free admission has been made possible by Smith alumnae Jan Fullgraf Golann ’71 and Jane Timken ‘64.
