Summer 2025 highlights:

HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS appearance
Wednesday, August 20 at 1pm
This 65-minute, high-energy event is a dynamic blend of entertainment, athleticism, and hands-on engagement designed to bring the magic of the Harlem Globetrotters directly to fans of all ages. The experience is broken into three key sections: a live performance with introductions, an interactive basketball skills clinic, and an autograph/photo session.
BOSTON CELTICS DAY FEATURING BRIAN SCALABRINE
Friday, August 22 at 1pm
Celebrate Boston Celtics Day at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Thursday, August 22! Join special guest Brian Scalabrine—2008 NBA champion and beloved “White Mamba”—alongside Lucky the Leprechaun for an unforgettable day filled with Celtics pride, stories, laughs, and legendary vibes.

All events are subject to change, with additional appearances expected to be announced throughout the summer.
The annual “Hoophall Hangouts” series will run through the end of August, with all activities included in general museum admission.
About the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame
Located in Springfield, Massachusetts, the city where basketball was born, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting, preserving and celebrating the game of basketball at every level – men and women, amateur and professional players, coaches and contributors, both domestically and internationally.
