The Dhira Yoga Center in Southwick will be offering their Tenth Annual Free Outdoor Sunset Yoga this summer. Four free classes on Wednesday evenings in July will be held on the lawn in front of “The Daily Grind” Coffee House and Cafe, 568 College Highway, Southwick, just a few doors down from the Dhira Yoga Center.  The classes will be held on Wednesdays, July 5, 12, 19 and 26. The free classes are from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm. Preregister at  www.DhiraYogaCenter.com. Bring your own yoga mat or blanket. In case of inclement weather, a Free class will be held in the Studio of the Dhira Yoga Center, 615 College Highway, Southwick. Fun for the whole family!
And anyone who has not been to the Dhira Yoga Center’s Studio, your first class, at any time, in the studio there, is Free as well!
