This winter break, experience the ultimate family getaway! From December 26 through January 5, we’re open daily and ready to launch you into a world of discovery, fun, and imagination. Be among the first to explore our brand-new 4,200 sq. ft. Exploring Space exhibition, where you can uncover the wonders of the cosmos with more than 30 new interactive activities and awe-inspiring displays. Glide across our friction-free Sock Skating Rink – no skates needed, just slip, slide, and have fun! Step into a whimsical world of mystery in the Forest of Illusions, where nothing is quite as it seems, or escape the chill and bask in the tropics at Connecticut’s only year-round Butterfly Encounter, a lush paradise where vibrant butterflies surround you.
