La Fiorentina

Founded in 1946 by Mauro Daniele who learned the art of Italian pastry from his father, Pasquale Daniele, an award-winning pastry chef in Italy. The Daniele family has been running the shop in downtown Springfield since then and has opened a second location in East Longmeadow. Known throughout New England and beyond for scratch-made cakes, pastries and other decadent desserts along with a selection of imported Italian specialty goods.
