Batch Ice Cream was created in Boston in 2009 by founders Susie Parish and Veronica Janssens. Their commitment to using fresh, local and Fair Trade certified ingredients resulted in amazing ice cream! Batch soon became a regional favorite and award-winning product. In May 2018 with much gratitude to Susie and Veronica, our journey with Batch began.
In June of 2021, with the encouragement and support of our family, friends, and a wonderful community, we opened our first Batch Ice Cream Scoop Shop. Located in the Longmeadow Shops at 682A Bliss Rd, our shop offers all the best ice cream, sundaes, and shakes, as well as some in-house flavors you cannot find anywhere else!
We are excited to have also opened a second Batch Scoop Shop location at the Village Commons in South Hadley, MA.
We are committed to maintaining the quality of our ingredients and ice cream. Our mission is to make the purest pint of ice cream and we are working hard to make Batch available everywhere!
