Old Sturbridge Village

Old Sturbridge Village

Old Sturbridge Village (OSV) is a “must-see” destination to experience early New England life from 1790-1840. One of the country’s largest living history museums, Old Sturbridge Village features costumed interpreters, 40 historic buildings, three water-powered mills, working farms, informative demonstrations, beautiful gardens, and fascinating exhibits. Visitors can watch the potter, tinsmith, cooper, and blacksmith at work, see animals, and enjoy hands-on crafts. OSV is open year-round and offers many seasonal events such as Redcoats and Rebels, Phantoms by Firelight, and Christmas by Candlelight. Old Sturbridge Village is more than a museum.
