The Federal restaurant in Agawam is known for using locally sourced ingredients in truly unique ways. This is one of the many examples. Fresh apples are transformed into raviolis with butterscotch and crème fraiche gelato.

Cal’s Wood-fired Grill has an extensive martini list and their fall offerings showcase apple in a big way! The Macintosh Martini is made with Crown Apple, Apple Pucker and cranberry juice – literally all the tastes of fall. But if that doesn’t whet your whistle they also have a Caramel Apple Martini or Luxury Appletini to choose from.

Apple Cider Mojito
At Lattitude, you can count on fresh, seasonal ingredients in everything from the appetizers to the desserts.   You’ll want to start with the Apple Cider Mojito though and really set the fall mood.
