After you secure event space in Western Mass and review all of your hotel offers, you have the option to utilize the GSCVB’s full-service housing bureau. As the event organizer, you select the hotel properties you would like to offer to your attendees. The housing bureau will secure and organize hotel bookings. The web-based automated booking process provides a single point of contact for all attendee questions and provides a pleasurable experience as the first point of contact between your event and the attendee. Once the hotel blocks are secured, you will receive a link to a dedicated web page that can be shared with your attendees to book their individual or group rooms.
