Snakes for Kids with Ray Palmer
Ever wonder what that creature is slithering in your yard? Here is your chance to learn! Bring your kids and join Ray Palmer at The Mill District General Store and Local Art Gallery on Wednesday, July 9 from 3-4pm. Ray’s passion for snakes has inspired some of her currently exhibited beaded jewelry designs.
Learn a little bit about snakes lives, how to recognize different species, and tips on what to do when you meet one in the wild. Then, meet Naga, Ray’s very friendly pet corn snake. If your are interested, you may even get the chance to touch Naga!
