Walk with JDRF at Six Flags New England to support their fight against Type 1 Diabetes

On Sunday, October 1, show your support for the cause by participating in the family-friendly JDRF ONE WALK throughout the Thrill Capital of New England. This 1.5-mile walk will help raise awareness and funds for the local Greater Connecticut/Western MA Chapter of JDRF, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with Type 1 Diabetes.

For every $75 donated, Six Flags New England will donate 1 ticket to the registered fundraiser (Capped at 4,000 tickets). Walkers are invited to participate in the walk’s kickoff ceremony while enjoying snacks, refreshments, music and world-class entertainment.

Donate

Each year, over 5,000 people participate in the walk. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. in our main parking lot. We will have a brief kick-off celebration at 9:30 a.m. before beginning the 1.5-mile walk around the area. Following the walk, you may stay and celebrate with family activities, characters, food and live entertainment until the park opens at 12 p.m.
