The entire Museum will be open for Homeschoolers. Students will have the chance to participate in an educational tour learning about the trolley era lead by a museum docents & take a ride on an antique streetcar. Additionally, make your own Junior Motorman hat, navigate through the Visitors Center using a scavenger hunt, dress-up as a motorman in the Imagination Center and visit the Fire Museum on the same property as the Museum. Museum admission, activities, and Fire Truck Museum entrance are included with your admission. This event is for students K-12th grade. Bagged lunch recommended. For a discounted rate register at

Take a trolley ride operated by period dressed motormen. Learn historic information about each car you ride and how the museum began. Inside the Visitor Center you will find more static trolley cars and artifacts, a theater showing a kids Easter movie and a gift shop to buy that ‘special’ souvenir. On the same grounds is the Connecticut Fire Museum complete with antique fire trucks and apparatus. All activities and Fire Truck Museum entrance is included with your admission price.
