SPECIAL LIVE THEATER PERFORMANCE

Award-winning storyteller Motoko shares humorous and wise tales from Japan, China, and Korea, enlivened with traditional songs, lyrical movement, origami, and lots of audience participation. Motoko’s rich blend of Asian folktales has taken her to venues across the United States as well as Japan, China, Senegal, and the UAE. A native of Osaka, Japan, Motoko has been awarded numerous grants for her residency programs on creative writing, Japanese culture, Ancient China, and origami geometry.
