July Happenings: 4th of July Fireworks, Music, & More!

Most people know that Independence Day in the United States is celebrated on the fourth of July, but did you know many other countries celebrate their Independence Day in July as well.  These include Belarus, Venezuela, Argentina, Belgium, the Bahamas, and the Maldives, plus national days for France and Canada occur this month too.

Many of these celebrations are recognized with fireworks. In the U.S. the largest fireworks display is the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular in New York City, but there’s no need for you to fight the traffic to get to the Big Apple because right here (in easy to get to and bustling with fun) Western Mass there are LOTS of fireworks and other fun July festivities.
