Originally built as a grist mill in 1870, the Inn has seen many transformations, from gun machining shop, to a grist mill, a newspaper print shop, and its most recent incarceration in 2021, as a boutique hotel. Conveniently located near the Five College Consortium, Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook School, and the Bement School, the Inn is only 8-10 minutes from downtown Northampton and 25 minutes from Amherst.
We have 9 Guest Rooms as well as 4 Guest Suites, each uniquely appointed, with a kitchen and room for additional guests, creating a truly one-of-a-kind experience. There is a Cafe featuring a rotating variety of house-baked goodies, Rao's Coffee Roasting Co. coffee, breakfast sandwiches with local farm fresh ingredients, smoothies, and much more!
