Tom Browne the Whistler

Step back in time and discover the mesmerizing talent of Tom Browne, the “King of Whistlers.” Although largely unknown today, Browne was a sensation in the late 19th century for his ability to whistle two and even three notes simultaneously, and for his performances in vaudeville and European music halls. Join us on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 6-7 p.m. at the Wistariahurst Museum in Holyoke, Mass., for a captivating lecture/presentation by Browne’s great-grandnephew, Jim Kass.
