For the first time in franchise history the Starfires advance to the playoffs!

The Starfires take on the Vermont Lake Monsters. The best-of-3 FCBL Semifinal Series will begin on Monday, August 8 at Centennial Field in Burlington, Vermont. The second game of the three-game series will be at Bullens Field on Tuesday, August 9 at 6:30 p.m.

The Westfield Starfires, members of Futures Collegiate Baseball League, play at Bullens Field in Westfield. The FCBL is a wood-bat, collegiate summer league featuring the top college baseball players in the country.

The Futures Collegiate Baseball League will be celebrating its 12th season in 2022. The Futures League looks to maintain its momentum as New England’s most popular summer collegiate league into another decade of play. The Futures League is third nationally among summer collegiate leagues in terms of attendance.
