Join us for a presentation and discussion on data and perspective on being Black in corporate America. Featuring Earl Exum, President of International Aero Engines AG, Vice President for Pratt & Whitney.
Mr. Exum joined Pratt & Whitney in 1996 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in operations, aftermarket, overhaul and repair, materials management, continuous improvement, sales, and human resources.
Previously, Mr. Exum served as Pratt & Whitney’s Vice President of Maintenance Services & Aftermarket Sales from 2020 to 2021, Vice President of Commercial Spares & Material Solutions from 2017 to 2019 and vice president of global materials & logistics from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Exum began his career at Ingersoll-Rand.
Mr. Exum is the Chairman of the Steering Committee for our newest exhibit- Tuskegee Airmen: Their Untold Stories, which is scheduled to open in June 2023.

The rubber met the road for Bill Coston in the early 1970s. After being drafted by the Buffalo Bills, tragedy forced him out of his dream. After saying goodbye to the turf, Bill took to the air, becoming the first African American hot-air balloon master pilot in the world.
