The Eric Carle Museum, Educators’ Night with Kwame Alexander

(2 PDPs) The Carle is pleased to announce its Annual Educators’ Night featuring a presentation and book signing with award-winning author Kwame Alexander. Alexander will read from his new book, The Door of No Return, talk about the journey of being called to write this story, and discuss his vision for building community and bringing more empathy through literature.

This event is free and open to all educators as space permits. Reservations are required and begin September 12.

Guests will have time to browse the Museum and collect free materials for their classroom. Author Barbara Elleman will also be onsite signing copies of her book, The Worlds of Tomie dePaola.
