Symphony Hall, U. S. Air Force Band Concert

The U. S. Air Force Academy Concert Band will be performing a free afternoon concert Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Springfield Symphony Hall. The 50 piece musical ensemble performs everything from classical to jazz, popular, and patriotic music.
The band, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, will present “The Spirit of America.” The performance will be filled with patriotic and inspirational songs, and highlight the contributions of Service Members, both past and present. They will perform favorites in the genres of jazz, pop, classical, country, and more. The selections will include the “Star Spangled Banner,” “There You’ll Be” from the “Pearl Harbor” motion picture, “From the Earth, to the Moon and Beyond,” “The National Game” and “The Stars and Stripes Forever” by John Philip Sousa, “Armed Forces Medley,” and more.
Tickets are available at all Pride Convenience Stores, the Springfield Visitors Center at 1319 Main Street and the Security Desk at One Financial Plaza, 1350 Main Street in Springfield, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Spirit of Springfield at 1350 Main Street, Suite 1004, Springfield, MA 01103.
Patrons without tickets will be seated in any available seat 15 minutes before showtime.

Ticket holders will be seated first. Those without tickets will be seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the concert.
