In this hands-on class, you’ll become a baking scientist, discovering how everyday ingredients like sugar, eggs, butter, and flour come together to create tasty treats. Learn how gases (yes, gases!) make cupcakes rise, why butter and sugar make frosting so creamy, and how heat works its magic to turn batter into mouthwatering masterpieces. Come and mix, measure, and decorate your way to understanding the science behind your favorite sweets. And at the end, you’ll get to enjoy your creations! Whether you’re a budding baker or just love cupcakes, this class will leave you with a whole new appreciation for the sweet science of baking!
Bring an apron, a mixing bowl, a rubber spatula, and hair tie for longer hair.
