Bring your grownup! In this delicious and nutritious class, students will learn about the food pyramid and how it applies to everyday eating. Through yummy and fun activities, examine the properties of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. Design a healthy menu, make a healthy meal, and for dessert, make homemade ice-cream! Dress for mess! Bring an apron and an insulated lunch box to bring home your treats!
