Springfield Chamber Players Performing Live at 52 Sumner

Springfield Chamber Players are pleased to present our inaugural season at our new home 52 Sumner. The new performance facility, operated by the Springfield Performing Arts Ventures, is located at 52 Sumner Avenue and Fort Pleasant Avenue in Springfield, MA.

Quartetto Mosso and timpanist/actor Marty Kluger celebrate Broadway, as reenvisioned for a string quartet. What would Fiddler on the Roof be without a fiddler? Did Richard Rodgers write No Strings with no strings?

The Champlain Trio 
Vermont’s piano trio, co-founded by SSO cellist Emily Taubl, returns to the Springfield Chamber Players series by popular demand. Hear works by Haydn, Liebmann and Clara Schumann.

The building is fully accessible. Free parking is available across the street at the site of the old Friendly’s. Food and drink are available before and during performances. The on-site box office opens 2 hours prior to performance. Doors open one hour prior to performance. All seating is General Admission. Food and drink will be available before the concert. Meet our musicians after the concert.
