Six Flags New England, Memorial Day Weekend

Six Flags New England, the Thrill Capital of New England, is gearing up for a mega Memorial Day Weekend with the opening of Hurricane Harbor and Military Commemorative Opening Ceremony.
The world-class theme park will be opening New England’s largest Water Park on Saturday, May 28 with 33 waterslides, 500,000 gallon wave pool, multiple splash pads and more.
The park will also be partnering with the Medic Now Foundation on Saturday, May 28 with a special “Opening Day Military Ceremony” kicking off for 10:30 a.m. (prompt). The park will highlight 36 active and retired military personal with patriotic music, live ensemble, check presentation, stilt walkers, confetti launch and inaugural ride on Superman the Ride.
All retired and active military will receive one free small ice cream cone throughout Memorial Day weekend. Offer is valid one small cone per person Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30 when presented with a military ID at participating locations.
