5 Refreshing Tips for Riding Blizzard River
Nothing feels better on a hot summer day than getting drenched on Blizzard River. While most people head straight to the water rides in the mid-afternoon heat, it’s more efficient to ride right before lunchtime. You’ll beat the afternoon rush, and after getting splashed, you’ll feel cooler and refreshed as the day goes on. If you’re planning to tackle our water rides, be sure to bring a change of clothes – including spare socks! – so you don’t have to slosh around all day.
You could also bring a disposable poncho to throw on right before the ride starts – you’ll still get refreshingly soaked but stay dry when it’s over. Keep your cell phone and money in a plastic bag to keep them safe. Plus, to dry off quickly, race around coasters at high speed while the wind zips by to air-dry you.
