Celebrate farm-fresh food and beverages prepared by the region’s top chefs.
- Start with a social hour featuring appetizers prepared by area chefs utilizing local products as well as local wines, beers and beverages.
- The main dining room invites you to enjoy a multi-course, sit down dinner showcasing dishes created specifically for our event by some of the area’s top chefs using local, fresh ingredients.
- Seated at each table will be a special guest – either a local farmer, vintner, brewer or agriculture expert for guests to converse with as they learn more about what it takes to keep our Valley so green & delicious.
- Close out the evening with a dessert buffet and live auction.
