Branching Out: Did you know that trees talk to each other and take care of each other? We’ll begin by hearing stories to learn a bit about our leafy neighbors. Then, tracing our bodies on huge paper, we’ll use those outlines as well as paint, markers and natural materials to turn ourselves and our family into tree families.
These children’s art programs with the artist Deborah Bazer, will take place one Saturday a month from 10 a.m. until noon for children, ages 4-10 and their caregiver. The limit is ten children per class. The program will take place both inside the yurt and outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
