Introducing our Irish-Inspired Five-Course Jameson Dinner, a culinary journey through the rich flavors of Ireland, each course thoughtfully crafted to showcase traditional ingredients with a contemporary twist:
- Course 1: Kerry Croquette
Golden-fried croquette filled with a creamy blend of Yukon Gold potatoes, Kerrygold Irish cheddar, and diced Irish rashers (bacon). Served with a tangy mustard aioli. - Course 2: Cork Colcannon
A savory Irish boxty (potato pancake) topped with pan-fried cabbage, crispy bacon, and scallions. Garnished with a dollop of herb-infused sour cream. - Course 3: Galway Shepherd’s Pie
Slow-braised USDA Prime beef oxtail and root vegetables in a rich Jameson-infused beef demi-glaze. Crowned with sour cream and chive mashed potatoes. - Course 4: Dublin Agnolotti
Handmade pasta pockets stuffed with corned beef, Swiss, and ricotta cheese. Tossed in a sage and Jameson-infused cream sauce. - Course 5: Donegal Sticky Toffee Pudding
Warm, moist sponge cake embedded with Jameson-soaked dates. Finished with a luscious Jameson caramel glaze and a scoop of butter crunch vanilla bean ice cream.
