Dan Kane’s Rising Stars – Spring Performance
Dan Kane’s Rising Stars will have a special spring performance on Saturday, April 19th from 12 PM – 3 PM on the Lower Level near Macy’s. These talented young singers will perform a variety of musical styles that are sure to delight shoppers at Holyoke Mall!
About Dan Kane & Friends: The Dan Kane Singers were a beloved 150-member volunteer singing group who called Springfield Symphony Hall and the MassMutual Center home for years. Their huge sold-out Christmas concerts were sponsored by Peter Pan and The Big Y Corporations. The group proudly showcased fantastic adult singers and upcoming young stars spotlighting their incredible talents. This reputation continues today with Dan Kane and Friends.
Dan is a retired teacher after serving the Westfield Public School system for 34 years as a Special Education Teacher, Chorus Teacher and Reading Specialist. He currently teaches the Choral program at both St. Stanislaus School in Chicopee MA and at St. Mary’s School in Westfield. He has been the organist at St. Patrick’s Church in Springfield for the past 46 years. He has 17 private singing students who perform everywhere with him.
