Make Your Mark on Metal
Visit the History Workshop to learn about the materials and techniques employed by artisans of the Arts and Crafts Movement here in Deerfield, in which Wynne played a vital role. Among the many stunning design elements on the Garden of Hearts chest are skillfully hammered metal embellishments featuring peacocks, ginkgo leaves, and other motifs. Come be inspired by Wynne’s exceptional artistry. Try your hand at making marks on metal yourself and bring home a metal creation of your own!
