Fun with Fireplace Cookery at Historic Deerfield

Join us this winter for a series of new hearth cooking experiences in Historic Deerfield’s 1786 Hall Tavern kitchen. Guided by our seasoned Open Hearth Cooks, you will participate in the preparation of period recipes, then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Each experience will feature the preparation of a different stimulating beverage – chocolate, coffee, or tea.
