Connecticut Trolley Museum will participate in the 19th Annual Connecticut Open House Day – a unified celebration of the State’s fascinating world of art, history, and tourism – on June 10th, 2022. During this one-day event, CT Trolley Museum, along with more than 200 other organizations and attractions throughout the state, will open its doors and offer special incentives (discounts, free admission, free gifts, special offers, etc.) to visitors. This Museum’s participation in this event will run from 10am-4pm during which time the Museum will honor half off admission. To qualify for this offer all visitors must show a valid Connecticut driver’s license or proof of residency.
Take a trolley ride operated by period dressed motormen. Learn historic information about each car you ride and how the museum began. Inside the Visitor Center you will find more static trolley cars and artifacts, a theater showing a kids Easter movie and a gift shop to buy that ‘special’ souvenir. On the same grounds is the Connecticut Fire Museum complete with antique fire trucks and apparatus. All activities and Fire Truck Museum entrance is included with your admission price.
