Step into the world of animation magic during the opening weekend of The Science Behind PIXAR. Immerse yourself in the creativity, characters, technology, and imagination behind Pixar’s most beloved films in this hands-on, larger-than-life exhibition.

Dress as your favorite PIXAR character and come explore more than 10,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, uncovering the science and artistry that bring these iconic stories to life. With more than 50 engaging elements, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the animation process—from sketch to screen. Then, Wrap up your adventure with a special 3D screening of Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story 4 for just $4 per person.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. On Saturday, the Smith College STEAM Outreach Team brings the magic of Inside Out and Cars into the world of engineering. Test, race, and tinker with robots inspired by your favorite characters in a hands-on, high-energy experience.
