Brewed annually in honor of the Shad Derby festival, this crisp & refreshing American Pale Ale is brewed with Centennial hops & malted barley from Windsor’s own Thrall Family Malt.

A smooth Irish Red Ale with sweet caramel and toasted bread on the nose. Biscuity malt, rich toffee, and a crisp, dry finish make this an easy-drinking classic.

Our taproom is now open for lunch on Fridays, with a fresh new menu packed with mouthwatering bites. Stop by for some good food and a cold beer, or take lunch to go and bring a little Back East flavor (and maybe a beer—no judgment here!) to your desk.
