Tickets prices are $12 for adults; $7 for seniors (65+), Military / Veterans and children (12-18). Children (12 and under) $5. Tickets can be purchased at the MassMutual Center box office.
The AIC Men’s Ice Hockey team is currently #1 in their college division. Beginning the weekend of March 15, the Atlanctic Hockey Conference playoffs will take place.
There are 81 nominees for the 2019 Hobey Baker Award, which opened its fan balloting today. There are 2 AIC players on the ballot. Fans can vote once per day from now until Sunday, March 10 at midnight. For more information or to vote, click the link below.
The Hobey Baker Award is awarded annually to top NCAA men’s ice hockey player in the nation. In addition to their performance on the ice, candidates must exhibit strength and character on and off the ice, contribute to the integrity of the team, display outstanding skills in all phases of the game and show scholastic achievement and sportsmanship.
AIC men’s ice hockey is the hometown team and the only NCAA Division I team in the greater Springfield, MA area. Now in the third year with Head Coach Eric Lang ’98, ’08, a two-time AIC alumnus and former captain, the team has received national accolades for its turnaround. AIC has clinched the top seed in the upcoming Atlantic Hockey Conference Championship Tournament.
The Division I Men’s Ice Hockey team members hail from the Czech Republic, Latvia, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and the Ukraine. From the province of Canada, players represent Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. Team members from California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah round out the roster.
