A guide will help show you ways to identify birds in the field with confidence and ease. This will be a quiet and gentle adventure. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome.

Your feet WILL get wet, and splashes happen. The water is cold, and AE suggests a shorty wetsuit, otherwise layers of fast-dry clothes are better than regular cotton.
Located in Mt. Toby State Forest, Cranberry Pond is idyllic with heavily forested shorelines and makes for optimal and peaceful birdwatching in Western Mass.
