Cool off and relax with an evening trip around Barton Cove. Surrounded by stunning views, this low-key paddle is both serene and vibrant with wildlife. With long stretches of quiet river and tree-lined shores, the paddling at Barton Cove is smooth, peaceful, and stunning under the light of the setting sun.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
WHAT TO BRING
Clothing for paddling and dry clothing – consider an extra layer for warmth as temperatures may dip into the 40s
Footwear for paddling and dry land footwear
Windbreaker or rain jacket
Flashlight – however, we encourage you to largely rely on the brilliance of the moonlight
Thermos with your favorite hot/warm beverage (non-alcoholic)
OTHER NOTES:
In all AE programs, we encourage you to use the gear most comfortable to you or appropriate to the activity. If you intend to bring your own equipment, please reach out at least 48-hours prior so we may make final plans for a safe and enjoyable day.
